Every April 100 ONDA members gather to work on a restoration project, dance, drink beer and get caught up on "all things ONDA". This year our restoration project involved installing 15 beaver dam analogues in Pine Creek and using juniper trunks to protect plantings from browse.

WORK IN PROGRESS -- I've gotten to a point (in restoration of the facial area) where I'm losing detail. I can see now that I've changed the head shape! Oh no! In addition...I think I have over-slimmed-down the cheekbone area, so I will have to get that back in the next installement.
I'm going to begin working on the shirt / collar / tie next. Thanks to the Photo Restoration and Colorization Pool members for suggestions of changing the background.
Restoration of the Pentagon took more than a year, but the facade was completed by the first anniversary of the terrorist attacks.
I took this photo while driving past the building on VA-27, which, admittedly, isn't such a good idea.
The facade was completely rebuilt by the first anniversary.
