Buddhism is an Indian religion.Is the fourth largest religion in the world, with more than 520 million followers or more than 7 percent of the world's population and is known as Buddhism.Buddhism consists of diverse traditions, beliefs and spiritual practices which are based on the basic teachings of Siddhartha Gautama and his explained philosophy.It originated as a labor tradition in ancient India between the 6th and 4th centuries BC and spread to most parts of Asia. The three main existing branches of Buddhism are generally recognized by scholars: Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana.

I felt like I had rode my bike into a magical dream world when I saw these deer. No, it is not a petting zoo, these are wild deer. The real world keeps getting scarier and sadder, so this was a touch of peace and serenity given to me by the universe when I really needed it. <3

Inside the Sancaklar Mosque. Although I don't like the institution of religion (any religion), I can understand the sentiment behind it on a personal level. This mosque is where you can have a quite time. Where you can reflect, in the true meaning of the word.
These moslim girls were praying in Istanbul's biggest and well preserved Church- Saint Antoine. I do myself believe in Humanity itself, prior to cultures, religions and national borders . This photo somehow reflects the aproach I desire humanity would chase after.

Recorrer el camino de los mil toriis (senbon torii) era uno de los motivos de mi viaje. Pero recorrerlo a media noche fue una mezcla de misticismo y temor que infundían las mil sombras que se movían el el exterior del camino y la incertidumbre de poder salir alguna vez del laberinto.
Ya fuese fantasía o realidad, no me cabe la menor duda de que este lugar tiene una energía muy especial.

Some churches of different religions and beliefs at the poor community Santa Marta.
This is a very poor community (or Favela, in Portuguese) called Santa Marta, on the mount Dona Marta. For many years it was devastated by the violence caused by the organized crime, specially because of the drug traffic. I could never imagine myself entering there, but, since November 2008, its permanently occupied by the police and, since this date, the inhabitants are free of the violence. Them, I could walk all the place without problem (well, almost...), but, in general, was everything very well, even I'm being with a bit of fear...
