ENG: This ensemble of buildings is practically around the corner from me and yet I only became aware of it through Miss JuliSonne. Sometimes the interesting is so close.

The brick building was built in 1928 as a substation inside a closed apartment block. It was also used as such until the early 1990s. Today serves as a "creative forge" for print products and storage rooms.

GER: Dieses Gebäudeensemble ist bei mir quasi ums Eck und trotzdem bin ich erst durch Miss JuliSonne drauf aufmerksam geworden. Manchmal liegt das Interessante so nah.

Das Backsteingebäude wurde 1928 als Umspannwerk innerhalb eines geschlossenen Wohnblocks errichtet. Als solches wurde es auch bis Anfang der 1990er Jahre genutzt. Heute dient es als "Kreativschmiede" für Druckerzeugnisse und Lagerräume.

Riding up Third, we pick up a job at a restaurant. Some dirty crazy guy ate up a bill and had no money. A real fat guy.

Andy says, Where do you live?" and he says, "On the street sir. I just hit town from Delaware."

Andy says, "You knew this was wrong, didn't you? That you had no money to pay for what you ate?" and he says, "Yes sir, bit it was delicious. The food was just delicious. You should bring your family here, your wife, bring all your kids. The club sandwich was great, and the fish was excellent. Fresh. Washed it down with two cold beers, it was excellent."

Andy says, "I see you had apple pie." "Yes sir!" he says. "It was delicious."

Andy says, "So you haven't got any money to pay for this, huh?"

"Yes sir," he says. "I got money. I got one thousand four hundred dollars coming from the government any day now. The Department of the Treasury, that's where I get my money, same as you. And I told the man that I will pay him as soon as my check arrives. You know the government, always late."

Andy says, "So you haven't got any money to pay for this, huh?" And he says, "Not a penny."

On the way in he laughed loud and smelled bad, talking about how New York jails have the best food in the country, double-A.

"We got the Hatter here." Andy said. "Where's Alice?"

He had a bad moment at the station house when they nearly let him go.

"Nowhere to go, nuthin to eat," he muttered.

But they booked him, and we left him cuffed to a bench.

"We got the Hatter here," said Andy.

Mi cuenta de Flickr, existe desde hace mucho tiempo, con algunas foto de mi sin mostrar mi rostro, sin embargo, hace poco mas de 1 año, me vi en la pantalla del telefono y vi a una chica que queria mostrarse, que tal vez habia alcanzado una madurez para mostrarse al mundo, por lo cual y con apoyo de mucha gente que me aconsejo a hacerlo, publique la primera foto de mi rostro y de pronto, muchas cosas pasaron, he conocido a gente maravillosa, ademas de seguir compartiendo esto que me hace feliz a muchos niveles y que solo las personas que lo han vivido, saben de lo que se trata, esta es la reedición de esa foto con nuevos elementos que se han ido agregando a traves de los dias, pero, tal vez, con la misma esencia. Muchas gracias a todos lo que a lo largo de este año me han escrito un comentario, me han dado un like o simplemente han parado reconocer el esfuerzo y la dedicación a esta gran parte de mi vida. MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS A TODOS!!!

My Flickr account has existed for a long time, with some photos of me without showing my face, however, a little over a year ago, I saw myself on the phone screen and I saw a girl who wanted to show herself, maybe I had reached a maturity to show myself to the world, for which and with the support of many people who advised me to do so, I published the first photo of my face and suddenly, many things happened, I have met wonderful people, in addition to continuing to share this that makes me happy on many levels and that only people who have lived it know what it is about, this is the reissue of that photo with new elements that have been added over the days, but, perhaps, with the same essence.
