Some very old papers have such a high storage fog that they are only suitable for lith development. In addition, sensitivity also decreases, resulting in even longer exposure times than is usual for the lith process.
One of these papers is Record Rapid. I was able to purchase a large quantity of this paper in 50x60cm format. According to the shipping label, it was originally delivered to Bernd and Hilla Becher, who last worked with it at the end of the last century.
To avoid frustration, here is a tip for processing.
The lith developer must not be diluted as much as usual.
Guaranteed lith results are achieved with a dilution of 75+75 ml to 900 ml of water.
The resulting exposure time must be determined by trial and error. With the ‘correct’ exposure time, the snatch point is between 8 and 11 minutes.

The first thing I thought of was spinning a record. I guess my age is showing! It will really be showing when I tell you that the record on the turntable is one from The Ink Spots. If you don't know them, you are likely younger than 55. 8^)
Here is a music video of one of their biggest hits. A bit stilted by today's standards, but considering it is likely put together about 70 years ago, it stands up pretty well!
A design concept that we didn't end up using, for a folded DigiPack, with a CD holder in one side, and a card holder on the other side.
Mars Records is a new studio, owned by Cellcome. At the time of design I didn't have their logo to work with, all I knew about it is that it's going to be a big red circle, so this logo sort of a place-holder.

since the car won several world records, including the 50 miles at an average speed of 190km/h, and the 24 hours at 173 km/h.
It also won the 1000 and 2000 miles, and the 3000, 400km records.
It was a great advertising for Renault in the 1920s.
They've been played, scratched, broken, collected but most of all, loved. Vinyl records opened our ears to great music and remain the format of choice for audiophiles. So let's celebrate them.
The theme for this week's Flickr #TBT is #Records. Share your best loved photos on our Facebook post, and we will show our faves next week in the Flickr Blog.

Number in Britain: Fewer than 20 records per year (BTO) most will be Juvenile birds so an Adult male must be fairly rare Sorry about the poor quality but this is heavily cropped

I had a test in my accounting class tonight. I always stress over little things. I'm pretty sure I made close to 100%....being an accountant for the last 12 years didn't hurt...
Even still, I stress just the same.
I found this awesome store somewhere in Texas. I made notes because I had no idea where the hell I was....an atlas can only get you so far (totally need a dum dum).
Apparently this is off of HWY 105 E, right outside of Washington County past Yeuga Creek.
Another photo from my article about the Norwegian model Eline Lykke, the first curved model to walk the catwalk during Paris Fashion Week.
Here we are shopping for vinyls at the record store Jukebox in her hometown of Ålesund. And the record she's holding is Freedom Nation by fellow ålesunder, Natalie Sandtorv.
I declare these as record shots as they are taken in at Parkend, Forest of Dean. There was so little light when I arrived but the birds were around and therefore I grabbed these images before moving on to find the Boar. An ISO5000 setting was required as it was that dark.
Parkend has an area of grass, en-circled by Yew and Beech trees. A perfect location for these birds.
I do not really enjoy these locations as the birds are fed and so finding & seeing them is no challenge. Given the number of Hawfinch reports there have been in Q4 2017, I really ought to have gone looking. However, on the plus side it provides an ideal opportunity to see these bird close up, watch their flight and hear a variety of calls. As a learning exercise it is a wonderful experience.

The stars draw concentric rings around Polaris, making the night sky resemble a giant vinyl record, while planes fly overhead in straighter lines, looking like scratches on a record.
I made this time stack by combining 118 photos into one image.
A rarity in Sussex County, two Great Cormorants were seen today at Kittatinny Valley State Park. And, a new life bird for me!

What the flip! I'm getting really mad about flickr's sharpening.
PLEASE CLICK L. It looks normal in lightbox.
Yeah. I just spent like two hours on this. I did the entire expansion manually because photoshop hated the angle I got. I'm pretty proud. Although there are still some things I hate about it, it has come a long way. And I need to stop glaring at this photo.
