This house was in the Ninth Ward which was where the levies broke and where Katrina kit the hardest. It's about two years later and there are still a lot of houses like this down there. Pretty sad in my opinion
When Dave took us to see the cliffs we would be climbing - reality set in and most wondered if they could do it. Only two of the boys had rappelled before.

This large heart is about 10" wide by 13" tall and 3" deep and is hand shaped from a block of Portuguese Rosa Marble. The "front" side is very smooth and perfect. The "back" side has pot marks and much more veining. The vein is mostly brown but has some significant deep red areas, from which the name rosa comes.
She sits on a 3" 3/8" stainless steel pin on a 9" diameter by 3" tall granite base. The base is on a lazy susan and the overall height is 17"
