Last night, while enjoying some wine and food on beach in Grace Bay, I took this photo from our picnic blanket, shortly before sunset.
The sun was shining through the hazy air in a small valley. What looked like snow flakes were thousands and thousands of airborne seeds of a kind of alpine cottongrass.

I love how the sky absolutely overpowers everything sometimes. Dig the giant transmission tower, totally dwarfed.
A truly infinite vision, only clouded by the rising early fog, meets the first rays of sunshine and offers a fascinating play of colors.

A really beautiful sunset last July. With all that has happen in our World last year, this was a great rays of sunshine.
