TfL route 209 is the western end of former route 9A, introduced in 1997. DE1000 is an Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 new in July 2009 and seen in Hammersmith Bus Station (low level) on 4 March 2019.

As part of the major route changes on 1 April 2017, Metroline lost the 139 to London Sovereign. Here is 2013 Volvo B5LH with a Wrightbus Gemini 2 bodywork standing on the Waterloo Road bus "gate" to do a U-turn onto its stand facing north. I wonder if the BT registration was a happy coincidence as it matches the BT (Edgware) garage code.
