Tapered InsulFoam is cut from the same high-quality stock as our flat InsulFoam products, and meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C578, Standard Specification for Rigid, Cellular Polystyrene Thermal Insulation. Tapered panels were used for increasing slope for additional drainage and offers a long-term, stable R-Value and has excellent dimensional stability, compressive strength and water resistant properties.

VOL.2 BROGUE BOOTS were produced by previous factory and E.R. hereby declared we have not continued any production with this factory anymore due to their workmanship. (Workmanship and quality are not well-executed as counter sample)

 

In order to maintain E.R. product quality and protect benefit for all E.R. valued customer, E.R. had requested remake on VOL.2 BROGUE BOOTS.

(Our valued customers can check details and reasons of delayed shipment from our previous emails. Again, thank you very much for all your understand)

 

Unfortunately, now the right for producing VOL.2 BROGUE BOOTS has been taken by the previous factory as E.R. did not re-produce VOL.2 BROGUE BOOTS with them within 6 months under agreement (BUT the previous factory took 3 months for producing the shoes with quality problem).

 

Now the previous factory will produce these designs under their brand and sell them on their website and overseas but please be reminded that E.R. will not guarantee for workmanship and quality of these products.

Fiberglass has been the standard for home insulation. Now polyurethane or cellulose foam spray is getting a lot of play--particularly when we renovate.

 

Oddly, foam has the same R-value (heat transfer resistance) as fiberglass. Also, it's significantly more expensive. So why are we recommending it? Because it works much, much better. It cuts your utility bills. And you can get a $1500 tax credit for using it.

 

Foam insulation expands on contact as it is installed and, because of that, creates a very tight air seal inside wall cavities. It fills in all the joints, crevices and areas where pipes and wiring pass through. So the effective R-value of foam insulation performs at a much higher level due this air sealing property. Heat can't sneak around the insulation barrier on air currents as the building "breathes".

This product is pretty cool. One guy set up this home's foundation in a couple days using this modular expanded polystyrene formwork. The consolation to using non-biodegradable polystyrene as a formwork is that you leave the blocks in place, substantially increasing the R-value of the foundation.
