Der Schriftzug ist Programm, das Gebäude wird immer wieder benutzt um seine Meinung im Schriftform zu äußern. Ich habe keine Ahnung wie oft die ansässige Brauerei diese Wand schon gestrichen hat. Wahrscheinlich ist in 4 Wochen wieder ein Neuer Spruch zu lesen.
This is another collaborative build I made with my twin brother Jake (Mountain Hobbit). This MOC was displayed at Brickscascade 2020. It sort of came along unexpectedly while our other collab was stalling... Jake built the house as well as the big trees while I built the landscape surrounding it. Once again, super fun collab and I had a great time working with him.
Hello! Here is my build of Beorn's House for my Hobbit Project! It took me 4 months of building (5 months total), is around 7,500 pieces and the maximum base size is 105 x 56. It was a ton of fun to build and I am pleased with the result. :) I was gonna bring this to BFAL, but that was 4 months ago.
This is my first build of the year, and the first post that I actually built in time of having a flickr account. With this and one other build, I will be taking a break from my Hobbit Project for 2-3 months to build regular castle for a while. :)
Some great inspiration came from builders like Patrick B and Simon NH for all the tools and animals on the ground. For the house itself, I got most of my inspiration from Weta Workshop's model, but I also looked closely at some of the great builds of Beorn's House by Dunedain98, Patrick B, and Caleb W's build for Caleb and Graeme's collab Hobbit Project which you should check out. :)
Also, a huge thanks to the guys who helped me with all 20 WIPs I sent throughout the building process! :) I hope you enjoy!

Queer theory is a field of critical theory that emerged in the early 1990s out of the fields of gay and lesbian studies and feminist studies. It is a kind of hermeneutics devoted to queer readings of texts. Heavily influenced by the work of Michel Foucault, queer theory builds both upon feminist challenges to the idea that gender is part of the essential self and upon gay/lesbian studies' close examination of the socially constructed nature of sexual acts and identities. Whereas gay/lesbian studies focused its inquiries into "natural" and "unnatural" behavior with respect to homosexual behavior, queer theory expands its focus to encompass any kind of sexual activity or identity that falls into perverted, normative and deviant categories.

"Queer"
میتونه شامل افرادی باشه که مثلا بدنی زنانه دارند ولی خودشون رو مردی میدونن در زندانی زنانه و یا بر عکس! اغلب تشخیص دادن جنسیت این افراد به عنوان زن یا مرد حتی برای بیننده نیز کاری دشوار و بعضی اوقات غیر ممکنه.
نکته قابل توجه اینه که

The Adventure
Honey was tracking down a rumor amongst the denizens of a traveler seeking powerful weapons to combat some great threat to her homeland. Honey thought they might have something in common and was hot on the trail. They landed in Spirits’ Crossing. A realm of twin cities that were connected by a singular old bridge.
Once there, it became very obvious that Honey was in the right place because who stood before them, but Allumari, their Drow friend from The Faewylds. It turns out she too had ventured into the Fairelands to seek an answer to the corruption threatening their homeland, only she apparently had woken up and chose violence. Honey thought to themself Ah, typical Drow solution. Fight the thing, kill the thing, no more thing. Honey however was more convinced that this problem required more of a cure than spear and sword. But, that being said, the Drow were often more right than wrong, and our adventurer thought that maybe the solution could be a two pronged approach.
As the two talked, Allumari showed Honey her new found power she had acquired in the Fairelands, that of the Valkyrie. It was awesome (and a little scary) to witness. When the nymph had asked where Allumari had obtained this power, she answered in typical Drow behavior, which was to say: she dodged the question.
Honey was amazed at the leaps and bounds their friend had made. The Drow tried to teach our adventurer the secret to the Valkyrie but try as they might, the nymph couldn’t master the technique. The Valkyrie’s power required too much aggression, too much willingness to confront an issue head on, which admittedly was not in the nymph’s nature. Honey was a spirit of lust, love, compassion, and just plain too sweet for such magics.
That was okay though, because our adventurer didn’t need to be all the things, after all that's why people have friends. Everyone brings something different, something unique and wonderful to the table.
This thought of Honey’s resonated deep in their heart…once again they felt like they were getting closer to the answer…but what could it be?

At Home
"At Home" is an ongoing photography project, started in 2016, which focuses on identities, personal spaces, and community.
I have started this series of photography portraits while living in the Türkis Rosa Lila Villa, a queer house project in Vienna. I lived there for 3 years and during that time I got very inspired by that place of 11 people living together. Living in the same house and being engaged in the community work gave me a strong feeling of mutual belonging. I’ve started photographing my housemates in their rooms mostly because I wanted to become closer to them, to get to know them better. It was my way of showing care and appreciation for being in my life, in the house, for supporting me and letting me support them. When I moved out I have continued photographing my next flatmates, friends, and other people who I met at the Viennese queer scene for the same reasons.
"At Home" is a participatory project, which encourages its protagonists, LGBTIQ people, to choose where and how they want to be portrayed. Together we create a space for intimacy that is putting them in both vulnerable and powerful positions at the same time and ensures the authenticity of the portraits.

"Soon, the dwarves came to large flower patches along the trail, and ancient oaks created a canopy overhead, shielding them from the summers heat. They came to a large wooden gate, beyond which they could see gardens, and small buildings. While the dwarves waited, Gandalf and Bilbo wandered forward and soon encountered very intelligent horses, who ran away immediately. 'They have gone to inform their master of our presence', said Gandalf. When they reached a courtyard, they saw in the middle, a huge man, with a thick black beard and hair, and great bare arms and legs with knotted muscles. The horses were standing by him, with their noses on his shoulder. 'who are you and what do you want?', boomed the man gruffly. 'I am Gandalf, and this is Bilbo Baggins, we have been traveling and wished to inquire as to the master of the house.' 'My name is Beorn, and this is my farm. Did you encounter any troubles on your journey?' 'We did indeed, we were trapped by Goblins in the walk over the mountains. In fact, a couple of our number were carried off!' 'Couple? I see only two.' 'Ah, that is true, they should be around here somewhere. I will give a whistle for them' When Gandalf had done so, up came Thorin and Dori, bowing and fawning before the giant man. 'Go on telling then,' said Beorn who was obviously very interested in this story about Goblins. 'Alright, so the goblins managed to carry off some of our group, when I managed to smite the goblins with magic, felling four of their number.' Beorn gave a grunt of approval before Gandalf continued. 'And so then several of our company--' 'I see only four now, which hardly constitutes several.' 'Oh quite right, shall I give another whistle?' 'Yes, yes, just hurry up, I want to hear how this ends.'"
My 3rd scene for the CCC depicting Bilbo's encounters with the hermit Beorn, the were-bear who happens to be my fav character in the LOTR saga.

I'm super late posting for pride month, but this photo pretty much explains why... I am tired! Being a queer person is wonderful and magical, there's no greater joy than truly knowing oneself. That being said, boy do other people make it hard work sometimes. Whether it's legislators ruling against us, the media using us as scapegoats, or just that loud mouth on the street, being LGBTQ+ can feel like a burden!
The important thing to remember is that you are valid. You DO know yourself. You DESERVE to be here! Pride month is when we honour those who came before us, celebrate where we are, and fight to move forwards. You are seen, you are loved, you are amazing!

The Adventure
At Journey’s End is where we find our adventurous nymph.
Honey had traveled a long ways to a special place.
Full of wonder as they explored their parents’ home in Rosehaven.
Tala the baby dragon of course never far behind Honey, flew with joy in the open air.
Feeling sun for the first time in a long time, as of course the deep magic keep The Faewylds in eternal twilight had yet to be lifted.
Honey laughed with joy to see the little one so happy.
Life had been busy since the realms of the Fairelads had returned to the mist.
But now finally some quiet had settled in and Honey found themself in need of a book, that they were sure their parents had somewhere in one of their many libraries.
Well, in truth just a chance to visit home after such a long adventure!
