A maior cidade do Quebec é Montreal, que é também a segunda maior do país, mas a capital da província é a Cidade de Quebec. Com a sua língua, sua cultura e suas instituições próprias, o Quebec representa oficialmente uma nação dentro do Canadá.

Moorside is the name of the King's other residence, more of a formal home. King crafted the vision for it over time, establishing gardens and landscaping details over a period of years. The main house has an accompanying garage-carriage house. The ground floor of the main house features a tearoom during open season.
I had to cross a field with horses until I reached the end of it, and I was then about 100 feet away, all the while being scrutinized by a moose. The horses came to see me and gave me horse kisses, and that's when I crossed the back fence and slowly made my way toward it. I started shooting when I got to within 50 feet of this female moose that has been hanging around the farm for the past 6 weeks or so. Slowly, I made my way closer. When I got within 30 feet, it slowly took 5 or 6 steps to put even more branches between us. After about 10 minutes of watching each other, it slowly disappeared into the woods. The end.
We didn't know this female moose was pregnant when she was photographed. She gave birth on May 31, 2019. Unfortunately, her calf was stillborn. It still had the protective cartilages under its hooves, which it normally looses as soon as it stands up. Better luck in 2020.
This was created from a collage of images I shot in Quebec City they processed in Photoshop to give a feeling of Watercolour & Ink drawing feel.

House in the Matane area. Because of my low energy level Yvonne went for a long walk in the area and even bought lots of water back to the motel.

Just recently I've visited Quebec City, Quebec, for a couple of days. When we arrived it was snowing and it made the old, historic part of the city even more pretty. I have not been able to go exploring too much, but what I saw, I share ;). Enjoy!

There are few more enchanting places than the boardwalk along the citadel in Quebec City. There are few buildings that I have ever seen with the charm of the Chateau Frontenac. It is known as the most photographed hotel in the world...and hopefully you can see why here. We were blessed with wonderful light after a thunderstorm that made for a magical scene.
