In Norwegian it is called "VM i døds" and is normally translated into World Championship Death Dive.
It is a number of various jumping styles, but in summary the most important elements is to show no fear, make great speed and jump high, do some sort of acrobatics and then to stretch out in a X before curling into a ball or "shrimp" just before the surface.
The Championship is held in Frognerbadet, Oslo - Norway in August every year,
Brands Hatch and The Annual Mini Festival made a Spectacular Return to the Circuit and with Minis Ranging from The Classic Pre 66 and Miglia and Seven Eras to More Modern Minis such as The BMW Class of Minis it was Shaping up to be Another Phenomenal Event.

First Up was The Champion of Brands and with a whole Field of Formula Fords Ranging from Van Diemen's to Ray GR18 Every Driver Was Getting Ready to head out for their First Qualifying Session of the Day. Lets see what Happened and Who managed to take Pole Position.
In First Place was (Max Esterson) in his Ray GR18 with A Lap Time of 50.059 and a Top Speed of 86.86mph. Fantastic Work Max Pole Position and a Very Strong Drive.
In Second Place was (Alex Walker) in his Spectrum 011c with a Lap Time of 50.134 and a Top Speed of 86.73mph. Amazing work Alex and Another Super Driver for Champion Of Brands.

Next up and Out onto Circuit was The Dunlop Mini Miglia Challenge and with High Spec Fast Minis Ready to Battle Lets see How Qualifying Shakes things up and Who will be Taking that All Important Pole Position.
In First Place was (Aaron Smith) in his Mini Miglia with a Lap Time of 1:02.096 and a Top Speed of 70.03mph. Fantastic Driving from Aaron to Take Pole Position and put himself at The Front of the Grid. Congratulations Aaron.
In Second Place was (Andrew Jordan) in his Miglia with a Lap Time of 1:02.259 and a Top Speed of 69.84mph. Amazing Driving there Andrew and a Truly Fantastic Performance from the BTCC Driver.
In Third Place was (James Cuthbertson) in his Mini Miglia with a Lap Time of 1:02.924 and a Top Speed of 69.10mph. Very Well Driven James Keeping his Miglia on The Track and Putting on a Really Good Display of Driving Ability for the Crowds.

It was Time for Dunlop Mini Sevens to take to the Circuit and with The Mini Seven Racing Club being Present in the Paddock they sure Wanted to see a Super Performance from all of their Members in order to get more People interested in the world of Motorsport and Mini Racing to help preserve The Future of the Club and its History.

Each Driver was Ready to go and it was Time to see which Driver could Qualify and put themselves on the Grid for the Race. Lets see What Happens.
In First Place was (Bobby Thompson) in his Super Mighty Mini 1293 with a Lap Time of 1:00.205 and a Top Speed of 72.22mph. Great Work Bobby Racing Hard and focusing on the Racing Line thought the entire Qualifying Session.

BMW And Golf Championships were up next and with a Grid Alighted With Both BMW'S and Volkswagen Golfs it would be a very Quick and yet very Interesting Qualifying Session for the Drivers as Each of their Machines were Matched quite well on Power and so Getting that All Important Pole Position would require a Perfect Lap with no Traffic To Achieve.
In First Place was (Nicholas Bosch) in his Seat Sport Leon with a Lap Time of 54.675 and a Top Speed of 79.53mph. Great Drive there Nicholas.

Thus, the area has grown in a generally peaceful and rustic fashion. While the vast majority of Calahonda's 600,000 square metres is devoted to villas, townhouses and space for four golf courses, selected areas have been dedicated to providing residents with every amenity imaginable. Therefore there are three commercial centres which house most of the development's 45 restaurants, cafeterias and pubs as well as seven banks, several supermarkets and a wide variety of other businesses. There are a total of 10 golf courses within a 11 kilometre radius of this urbanisation, which also has its own port, Cabopino, having its own share of coastline, puts a spotlights on a wide array of water sports as well. It was a mixed condition session where it was very cloudy and inevitably rained. But I came prepared with a DSLR rain cover and my very own Suzuka edition rain poncho!

DAY 1 of the FINALE to the 2021 Motorsport Season and the end of the Season Brings us once again Back to Brands Hatch for a weekend Dedicated to the Enduro KA Series with Many Ford KA'S Ready to do Battle on the Track along with other Support Races such as Champion of Brands MSVT Track Day Trophy and MSV Super Cup Championship to name Just a Few.
With a Full Day of Motorsport on the Circuit Each Driver was Getting their Car Ready and making sure they had a Really Hardy Breakfast Before Getting into their Cars to Begin their Respective Qualifying Sessions for the Day.

First Up onto the Circuit was The Champion of Brands and these Cars are Formula Ford Based and can be Very Quick in a Straight Line and through the Corner. With Cars such as the Van Diemen JL13 and the Ray GR16 Thease Cars and Drivers know how to Really Push Hard and Get Superb Results.

Now it was Time for The Penultimate Qualifying and Race of the Day for the Track Day Trophy. Just like with the Previous Track Day Championship Many of the Same cars that Competed Before Also Entered This Race Giving Some Drivers a Second change to Show their Skills and Talents on the Race Track.

Enduro KA -(Qualifying)
After a Long Days Racing and with Night Falling Fast The Headlights of The Enduro KA'S Began to Illuminate the Indy Circuit.
Every Part of the Track was a Wash with Darkness and The Only Thing Illuminating the Way for Each Driver was The Bright Headlights and LED'S Fitted to Each Car with some Teams and Driver Trying their Luck on the KA'S Standard Headlights to Brighten their Way to Victory.
A Silent Hum Came From the Engines as they Raced Around the Indy Circuit with Each Driver Pushing Hard to Set the Fastest Time Possible.
The Tension in the Air was Electrifying as Drivers Danced their Cars Through Traffic and Had Small Battles with One Another Trying to see what their Opponents Tactics were and How Brave each of Them Dare Go in Terms of Pace.

With A Very Fast Paced and Quick Qualifying Session Yesterday it was time for the Drivers to head out and take part in their Race to see who could achieve Victory.
In First Place and taking the Victory was (Greg Thornton) in his Chevron B24 with a Best Lap Time of 47.660 and an Average Speed of 88.84mph. An Incredible Victory for A Top Class Driver in Formula 5000 Racing.

The FINALE To the Weekend had to be the Mighty Fast and Quick action Paced Speedfest Silhouettes showing off some of the fastest Machinery on track with Modified Aero and very Fast Determined Drivers. During a Lightening Fast Qualifying Session Yesterday Let's see who is going to be the one taking home the victory and Tasting that Champagne at the End of The Day.
In First Place was (Ray Harris) in his Ginetta G40R with a Lap Time of 50.721 and an Average Speed of 73.71mph. A Lightening Fast Drive from Ray to take the Victory and that Ginetta was looking very Beautiful out on track indeed. Congratulations Ray.
In Second Place was (Mike Thurley) in his Ginetta G40 with A Lap Time Of 51.086 and an Average Speed of 73.57mph around the Indy Circuit. Very Fast and Right on the Heels of Ray in his much more Powerful R Variant. An Incredible Charge for Victory Mike and a Sterling Drive. Congratulations Mike.
In Third Place was (Ian Hales) in his Vauxhall Tigra with A Lap Time of 51.199 and An Average Speed of 73.45mph. A Super Effort and Drive from Ian and his Skill behind the wheel is what Really Helped put that Car into Third Place A Well Deserved Position. Congratulations Ian.
Super Silhouettes showing some very Determined and Quick Drivers out there and the Incredible Cars that they have built and Race are a true sight to be hold. Congratulations to Ray, Mike and Ian for putting on some superb Driving skills thought the Race as well as to all the other Drivers fighting it out thought the field.
