C'est un peu cliché les larges avenues vides, mais il y en a. A côté, il y a quand même pas mal de circulation à Pyongyang.

These studio's produce nearly all art that is seen in the DPRK. Including all the giant mosaics, statues and paintings.

My first visit to one of the overseas North Korean restaurants. They put on a nice show but no photos allowed of course. There were mostly large groups of South Korean tourists eating here.

Home to angry-looking chinese dudes. Not home to poorly-dressed people like us...

Might look a little more impressive if there were cars and people on the roads!

The People's Study Hall in Pyongyang as all the conveniences of a modern library, computers, projection televisions, lectures on conversational english, internet infrastructure and it has 90% of it's content available online through the libraries intranet. Windows 2000 Professional running on PC's at the People's Study.
