Das Puzzle habe ich auf ricardo.ch ersteigert. Es wurde dort "Löwe auf Motorrad" betitelt - aber ist das wirklich ein Löwe oder doch eher ein Hund??? Niedlich ist das Tier auf jeden Fall.
Was meint ihr? Löwe oder Hund?
I bought this puzzle under the title "Lion on Motorbike" - but is this really a lion or rather a dog??? What do you think?

Okay, I know that this isn't a 3,000 or higher piece puzzle, but when you look at the number of puzzles displayed, most in the 1,000 range, there are certainly a lot more than 3,000 pieces represented so hopefully Mike won't punish me for posting this one here. I just wanted everyone in the group to see this as I think this would be such a fun project to do, and one that I plan on doing in my house with some smaller puzzles eventually. Obviously the Life puzzle is way too big to be a part of a collage like this, but I'm hoping a 4,000 - 6,000 piece puzzle would make a really nice center focal point with smaller puzzles surrounding it. What do you all think?

I never left the house today, but worked on this puzzle a bit.
All manual updates to this image, no presets used.
Cropped, lightened, changed Sat and Lum, sharpened, added vignette, then watermark on export.
I may be running out of LR editing changes I can make that are "new" to me.

Mun siis PITI tehdä paladecoon idealla pala=haba, mut miitissä näin jonkun tuoman palapelipalapussin ja sit tuliki idis tähän. :D
Printtasin kuvan jossa meitsi ja vasara, jota vähän photoshoppailin ensin. Tein palapelin randompaloista ja liimasin kuvan siihen. Sit leikkasin palat veitsellä erilleen ja lakkasin. Ja väritin copiceilla ja lakkasin uusiks. huh.
Tausta miitistä hamstrattua tapettia ja teksti mustalla tussilla johon vedin liilalla copicilla päälle viivan. Se levis hiukka mut ei haittaa, tää on muutenki niin angstinen. x)
Ai nii, koko on jotain A6:n ja A5:n välistä.

Assembled by my husband. Painted by him too, because I threatened to make a mess. I then sat next to him while he did it and made a mess with clay instead.
Das Puzzle ist dreidimensional, bzw. ist so bedruckt dass eine dreidimensionale Wirkung entsteht. Beim Legen hatte ich manchmal das Gefühl, dass sich das Puzzle stellenweise mir entgegenwölbt :).
Leider liegt das Puzzle nicht wirklich flach, wenn man die Teile an einer Stelle starker reindrückt, kommen sie an anderer Stelle wieder hoch. Siehe auch Bild der Rückseite.

I guess I have officially joined the Puzzle Generation.
With spare time on my hands now until I find a job again I have resorted to looking for things to keep me busy.
I can only clean so much and spend so much time doing yard work, and all the misc. chores around the house that I needed something to relax with.
I do read but that makes me sleepy.
So I dug out this puzzle that I purchased a few years ago.
I started it a couple days ago and here is where I am now.
1000 pieces. 20 inches X 27 inches.
A huge puzzle. But so far it has become an addiction.
When I put the word puzzle on the Flickr search I was amazed at all the people that are into puzzle's. Some are really really big.

A real dog of a puzzle, sheesh! I was aware that pieces were missing early on, but persevered because it was a Hintermeister picture; and, to find out just how bad it really was.
An unprecedented eighty-two pieces missing. Puzzle has already been recycled.
