Kintulammi is a great hiking area and nature reserve in the Teisko-Aitolahti region of Tampere Finland. It is a public nature and hiking destination with trails, duckboards, lean-tos and signposts. The area is located approximately 20 kilometers outside Tampere city center in the direction of Teisko.
There are about 15 kilometers of marked hiking routes in the area and five fire pits, four of which are adjoined with an ecologically designed lean-to complex with a log shed and a dry toilet.
Many times I've looked at these two pines as I'm driving by and thought to myself that I should stop to photograph them some time. Once again I just drove by but did a U-turn after a couple of kilometers and stayed for a while to watch the sunset... :)

Monesti olen näitä kahta mäntyä katsellut ohi ajaessa ja miettinyt että pitäisi pysähtyä kuvaamaan. Nytkin ajoin ensin ohi, mutta tein kuitenkin U-käännöksen ja jäin hetkeksi katselemaan auringonlaskua.

That night was dark without almost any light polution. The Milky Way reveals then many many stars. There are also some auroras, can you find them? ;-)
