It's the Audrey II puppet from the 1982 Workshop of the Players' Art (WPA) production of Little Shop of Horrors.
The 1982 production was the first time that the musical version of Little Shop of Horrors was ever seen.
This puppet was designed by Martin P. Robinson, a puppet designer and performer who works for the Jim Henson Company. He also performed Audrey II (who was voiced by Ron Taylor).
Martin is best known for his work on Sesame Street, having performed Telly Monster, Mrs. Grouch (Oscar the Grouch's mother), Slimey the Worm, Mr. Snuffleupagus, Oscar's niece Irvine, and Shelley the Turtle. He also was the animatronic puppeteer for Leonardo in 1990's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Puppets are one of the oldest sources of entertainment through which the artists narrated stories of kings & gods.
