wading around the Val Tetreau Flats, i saw a live crawdad (crayfish), provoking a desire to catch & grill a bunch but i've never seen another live one since. cormorant puke is my evidence that they're plentiful: time to figure a way to trap'em (mini lobstah traps?)...

I woke up wondering why I was sleeping the wrong way round - this is why.
