One of the most commonly noted passages in Proverbs, about guidance from God, and trust.
Thank you for looking!
Proverbs 16:3 “Commit your works to the LORD [submit and trust them to Him], And your plans will succeed [if you respond to His will and guidance].”
Proverbs 8:5 “Understand prudence, you naive people; and gain an understanding heart, you foolish ones.”
Proverbs often contradict one another, as any reader soon discovers. The sagacity that advises us to look before we leap promptly warns us that if we hesitate we are lost; that absence makes the heart grow fonder, but out of sight, out of mind. Leo Rosten
Proverbs 3:5-6 NASB
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
P.S. Found this old composite I did while looking for a Scripture to reload for this week. Oh how much fun I had creating this.
Please see my original upload for a description if you're interested. God bless you each and every one.

I must really love laying on the floor.
I have the biggest smile on my face right now. Isn't it amazing how after such a rough day, the smallest things can bring you happiness?

Proverbs 14:6 “A scoffer seeks wisdom, but there is none, but knowledge comes easily to him who understands.”
Proverbs 11:7 NIV
Hopes placed in mortals die with them; all the promise of their power comes to nothing.
Some proverbs do contradict themselves and are, therefore, paradoxical. An example of this is:
"Don't judge a book by its cover" and "But clothes maketh the man"
Taken for the group Macromondays. The theme this week is 'Paradox'.
