I seldom create a collage, but it is a special day for my country, therefore, I wanted to show a few iconic Canadian places.

My keychain.

One and All is the motto that represents unity and inclusiveness and reflects the spirit of Cornish people. The fifteen balls (bezants/coins) on the shield is the coat of arms of the Duke of Cornwall. The bird is a chough and is a small, glossy black crow with a long, curved red bill and a symbol of Cornwall. The crown represents the Duchy of Cornwall. The miner and fisherman represent the trades of what once brought Cornwall much wealth.

This keychain holds my keys and reminds me of my Cornish roots day after day.

There's a price to pay for carrying too much at once. You may be paying some of that price right now; the stress, the anxiety, the fatigue, the frustration of those who carry more than they're supposed to. I'm one of those. I know.

I also know how my Savior says I'm supposed to live. His instructions are very clear in our word for today from the Word of God in Matthew 6, beginning with verse 25. He says, "Do not worry about your life ... look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them ... Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? ... Why do you worry? ... Do not worry ... your Heavenly Father knows what you need ... Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

We add baggage from yesterday and the potential burdens of tomorrow to what we're carrying today, and we start dropping things, stumbling, even hurting ourselves. So much of what we worry about tomorrow never happens. And you won't have God's promised resources to handle tomorrow until tomorrow. So no wonder you're overwhelmed and discouraged! Dwelling on yesterday or tomorrow takes your focus off today so you don't even do today very well!

So approach your load God's way - taking your busy life one day at a time; carrying your massive load one stick at a time. And about tomorrow? Take advantage of God's awesome invitation, "Cast all your care upon Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7).

This was my look for LFF in August 2019. I wanted to try a new look again, this time using Purple/Grey hair. I'm amazed by how good it looks.

This video was filmed in the Leeds DoubleTree Hilton Hotel, Bar Fibre, Sovereign square park, entrance to South entrance of Leeds station.

For LFF November (Leeds First Friday) I had a Pro makeover and put together this little video of the results. For those that have never had one I would highly recommend it, it allows you to see how good you can really look when makeup is applied by someone who knows what they are doing.

This makeover was done by the very talented Shane Bell who I have used several times now, love his quality makeovers.

This is filmed in the Hotel and also the Cosmopolitan Hotel.

All the selfie photographs you can see at 02:03 are some of the many lovely friends I have.

I filmed this using just an iPhone 6 on a smatree professional selfie stick and also a Zhiyun Smooth-Q 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer.

I edited the video together using Sony Vegas Pro 14.
