" We had new orders ! Destroy the A-series assassin droids, before they could kill some Jedi. I kinda failed. Kinda. For me it is okay, but less for command. I destroyed every assassin droids I met , but some of them found some Jedis, and Padawans before me. Not even able to protect themselves from a droid. I have the feeling that we, from the 253rd, are the babysitters of these Jedis. I had to take care of a Padawan who's master was lost. By lost, I mean he was killed. The Jedi, his apprentice and a couple of clone attacked a trench held by Nationalists. Most of the clone died. Well, all of them in fact. The Jedis made it into the trench, and started to cut some arms. And head. Stuffs like that. But then the assassin droid I was tracking found them. He shot the Jedi in the back, and was about to do the same to the Padawan, but I killed it before it could do that regrettable act . Then the Padawan get shot by one of the few Nationalists who were remaining. I finished what the Jedis started in the trench. Only one Nationalist was alive. He was yelling in pain, as the Jedi, before he died, cut his leg.

/CT-1024-52, Me/ No. I don't give a fuck if he's suffering. I don't want to. You should be happy that I'm not mutilating him right now. But, you don't like to see him suffer. You're a Jedi after all. Well, sort of.

Lake Meligkou or Moustou, Kynouria, Astros, Arcadia, eastern Peloponnese, Greece.
The Lake Meligkou, better known as Lake Moustou, is a wetland system consisting of two lakes, Lake Moustos and a smaller, Lake Cherronissos. It is located in the center of the bay of Astros, behind a sandy beach.
The Lake is formed by the waters of a spring that flows from the edge of the hill to the east and goes directly into the sea. The lake has many spas and many visitors swim close to the source.
The Lake Moustos is one of the most important wetlands in the geographic region of Peloponnese, Greece, with priceless value for the ecological balance. As a wetland, this ecosystem enriches the underground water reserves, filters the stuffed water that they receive, binds carbon dioxide, regulates the local climate by storing or releasing heat, supports the food chains and provides shelter to many plant and animal species. It is the only place in the area that presents a gateway for the migratory birds. For this reason the area is protected and it belongs to the network of Natura 2000. The predominant vegetation consists of dunes, salt marshes and reed beds, while the interesting wildlife of the lake includes fish, reptiles, amphibians and a wide variety of birds. Moorhens, mallards, herons, swan and coots spend winter at this area while the coastline is inhabited by Caretta Caretta turtles.

The Radiated Tortoise (Geochelone radiata) is one of the most protected species of tortoise in the world. Within the reptile world, it is something of a poster child for environmental conservation. In the U.S., this means that--in order to keep them legally--one must obtain a USFWS captive bred wildlife permit, and many states require their own licenses atop this U.S. one!
The protection is helping. Today, it is likely that over 3,000 of these tortoises are living and breeding in the U.S., while civilization continues to encroach on their homelands in Madagascar.
The captively-cared for juvenile photographed here is approximately four years old and could have well more than 100 years to go!

Mit diesem 1.5 Liter, 120 PS starken 1954er OSCA MT4 brachten Enzo und Federico Moroni einen italienischen Klassiker an den Start der Ennstal-Classic. Der MT4 war ein erfolgreicher Renner, der sich auch gut verkaufte. Er war für Motoren von 1090 bis 1490 ccm geeignet und gewann in den kleinen Klassen alles was zu gewinnen war. Bei 939 Starts holten OSCAs beachtliche 81 Gesamt-- und 98 Klassensiege.

this one is above the tabacco shop/gambling house in the so called "Bronx" quarter of the village.
I can add that inside, next to the gambling section there are several amuletts tied to the wall that people can hold while they play. Like corno napoletano and such.

The last couple of days I've been coming across more and more Livejournal Communities that are using our photography for their Icon Communities to use them as stock icons. Lots of my own pictures were stolen and used on there and I've seen many of my contact's pictures on there as well. I just want to post this and warn everyone, because I think that's just not right. No one asked me if they can use my photos for that and they don't even give credit to the photographers. They just want credit given to THEM for making the icon. It makes me so mad! Hence why I'm protecting my stream from now on. Everything is set to Friends & Family only. this is a Protect Flickr community on Livejournal if you are interested {thank you, Katrina ♥}

I was taking a stroll along the seashore which relaxes me wonderfully. I love taking pictures of landscapes and seascapes. I rarely pay attention to the foreground. Foregrounds are for amateurs. When I got home and looked at my pictures - well, there is one that has me confused. I am not sure what I am looking at. What did I inadvertently capture?
Did I witness a ghastly crime?
What do you think?
Should I call the police?
I seem to recall a 5-year old boy. Playing Cowboys and Indians with his mother. And an Italian tourist enjoying the sun.
Is this relevant information, do you think?

The Rothschild giraffe is an endangered species. All of those living in the wild are in protected areas in Kenya and Uganda.

BLM-managed wild horses at a watering hole surrounding and protecting a colt in South Steens Mountain, Eastern Oregon. The colts mother is the light palomino to his right. Protecting the young is a priority for all of God's creatures. I really liked this image and very happy it came together as I was watching the band's behavior in the water. All rights reserved.
