I picked up this mini health manual several years ago from Halfords. This booklet was released in June 2007. Never did I imagine in a million years that one day I would succumb to this little beauty; Prostate Cancer. The booklet is absolutely packed with information but I don't know if it's still available.
About two months ago I asked the NHS to remove the bed that they had kindly loaned me, as I didn't feel that I needed it.
