A large portrait of Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, the reigning king of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, is seen as this border crossing near the Jordanian coastal city of Aqaba and the Israeli city of Eilat at the tip of the Red Sea. Abdullah ascended the throne in February, 1999 upon the death of his father, King Hussein. He is the eldest son of King Hussein and the British-born Princess Muna al-Hussein (nee Antoinette Avril Gardiner). It is claimed that Abdullah is the 43rd-generation direct descendant of the Prophet Mohammad. His namesake is King Abdullah I, his great-grandfather who founded modern Jordan in 1946.

#AskYounusAlGohar - What is the Unseen World like?
Younus AlGohar explains what life is like in the Unseen World - Riaz ul Jannah.
Main Points:
- In the phenomenal world we live in, the Sun is the substance of life. If the sun is risen, there is light and without the sun there is darkness. If the Sun did not exist there would be complete darkness in the world. However, the Sun only exists in this Universe.
- The Esoteric realm is illuminated with Divine Light. The phenomenal world and everything in it is Kaseef (dense) and the esoteric realms are Lateef (light). God's Light is not visible to the physical eyes which are Kaseef. When you obtain Divine Light in your heart you will be able to see the rope of Divine Light going upwards.
- The Higher Realms are created by God and all the trees and rocks up there are made from the Command Be; they are able to create Divine Light but Divine Light is not in their nature. However, everything in the Unseen World are made from Divine Light which is why they are illuminated.
- There are only two types of weather there: Jalal and Jamal. When the weather is Jamal, the Lord showers love upon all and when the weather is Jalal, the Lord showers love upon those who have rapturous love. When the weather is Jamal there luminosity is intense and the inhabitants know the Lord is in a good mood. When the weather is Jamal there are bright rainbows everywhere.
- All the living things in the Unseen World are constantly singing the praise of the Lord. There are no troubles there, no family, no work. The only thing you worry about is seeing a newer, more beautiful manifestation of the Lord. That is the only desire.

Main points:
- The Quran does not promote violence; no Sufi has ever promoted violence or terrorism. Rumi said his poetry is the Persian translation of the Quran. Many in the West admire him. Having read his poetry, none turned violent.
- It's about understanding God's word. If your mind is corrupt already, you'll take the wrong meaning of it. You need pure heart to read Quran. Mujaddid Alif Sani, a Sufi scholar, said, 'Novices in Islam shouldn't go near Quran; they're not worthy of reading it.' Prophet Mohammad said that an evil is born with every human being (Nafs). You're a novice in Islam until your inner is completely purified.
- The Quran says that if you are impure, do not touch the Quran. This doesn't mean physical uncleanliness; Quran wasn't in book form when this verse was revealed. Quran itself says that it guides some and misguides others. Even Muslims practising Islam for years were unable to grasp meaning of God's word.
Further comments from His Holiness Younus AlGohar:
The Quran isn't an easy book to understand. People with inner impurities are advised against reading it. Only the pure of heart and cleansed souls are advised to read and study the Quran.
Those with impurities are misled by the Quran and only the purified ones find guidance by the Quran. Power of understanding is granted to purified hearts only. Those who remain impure and study the Quran fall prey to evil.
The Quran was revealed onto the heart of Prophet Mohammad. It was never meant to have been given form of a book. The Quran was to be transmitted spiritually from one heart to another. The Prophet said He was city of knowledge and Ali was the gateway to this knowledge.

The importance and necessity of being in the physical company of the Spiritual Guide explained by HH Younus AlGohar.
Main Points:
- Those who were close to Prophet Mohammad, although they would carry out all the rituals of the religion, they are known as the companions of the prophet.
- Some spiritual guides come under 360 theophanies of God a day and some are under constant theophanies of God. One merciful glance of a spiritual guide under the influence of the theophanies can burn away 7 Great Sins; the more sins that wash away from the heart, the more inclined the heart becomes towards God.
- However, the only time the physical company of a spiritual guide is beneficial to you is when the spiritual guide is appointed and anointed by God and he has seen God.
- The spiritual company teaches you how to love the spiritual guide. And for the spiritual company, the spiritual guide inserts one of his beings within you when your Carnal Self has been purified and your heart has been enlightened.

In this land where so many religions cross, the Monastery of Bahira is one of the more significant Muslim sites.
When Muhammad was either nine or twelve years old (depending on which history you read), he met a Christian monk called Bahira here in Bosra while traveling with a trading caravan, accompanied by his uncle.
When the caravan was passing by this building, the monk invited the merchants in for a meal. They accepted the invitation, leaving the boy to guard the camels. Bahira, however, insisted that everyone in the caravan should come to him.
Some sort of "miraculous occurrence" is then said to have indicated to the monk that Muhammad was to become a prophet. Again there are differing versions. It may have been a miraculous movement of a cloud or an unusual behavior of a branch that kept shadowing Muhammad regardless of the time of the day.
The monk revealed his visions of Muhammad's future to the boy's uncle (Abu Talib), warning him to preserve the child from the Jews (in Ibn Sa'd's version) or from the Byzantines (in al-Tabari's version).
Both Ibn Sa'd and al-Tabari write that Bahira found the announcement of the coming of Muhammad in the original, unadulterated gospels, which he possessed. The standard Islamic view is that Christians corrupted the gospels, in part by erasing any references to Muhammad.
Despite being ostensibly a Christian monk, the Christian views on Bahira are not charitable! His views on Mohammed were considered heretical and to have inspired the Qur'an. An early Christian writer claims that Muhammad "having chanced upon the Old and New Testaments and likewise, it seems, having conversed with an Arian monk, devised his own heresy" (the Qur’an).
