One of the series of pedestrian bridges incorporated into the Paddington Basin masterplan by Terry Farrell. This one links the Waterside development to St. Mary's Hospital and unlike the others is not entirely new but a refurbishment of an existing one.

... is what I call the "sunset tree". From Manor Nursery where I work, you can see the most beautiful sunsets through its branches, particularly in winter. I do so hope they don't decide to chop it down in the name of progress ...
This week's developments with the new Swanbourne Park housing estate along Roundstone Lane, Angmering ...
The soil testing machine wanders out .... it was operated by a control button attached to a lead ... it was kind of like taking it for a walk!

Further development on Swanbourne Park in Angmering ... two more new houses have been half built in the last week.
As for the BT roadworks ... is it coincidence that we have been having trouble with "line errors" on our credit card machines at work, just about the time BT dug a large hole just around the corner ... ??
This used to be JV Plants, another small independent nursery along Roundstone Lane ... but not any more ...
Waterside House, the new M&S H.Q. by Rogers, Stirk, Harbour at Paddington Basin. The buildings under construction on the adjacent site are at merchant square, the final phase of the Paddington Basin redevelopment.

"Stations Bridge" (2004) by artist/designers Langlands & Bell is one of a series of new bridges incorporated into the regeneration of Paddington Basin. The building on the right is "The Point" (a 10 storey office block) by architect Terry Farrell who was also the masterplanner for the whole regeneration project.
