My second visit to the Horsham Gates development to capture golden hour images resulte from multiple passes with the sensation that there were further images to be had in good light.
2nd visit now complete and I'm not sure I need to return.

Strijp-S, former Philips area, was not accessible to the public, 'the forbidden city'. The area, with several national monuments, is designated for living, working and culture.

Bosa Properties' Pier West will be the tallest development in New West, and will have one of the tallest towers in Metro Vancouver
Capital Dock is one of the largest mixed-use developments ever built in Ireland and it was completed towards the end of 2018 but I was unable to gain access to the completed project until Easter weekend 2019. The compex spans 4.8 acres, providing more than 690,000sq ft of new mixed-use space, including offices, retail and family units, as well as more than 1.5 acres of public park space.
Global investment bank JP Morgan and jobs site Indeed have committed to occupy all of the available office space, and are preparing their new premises for occupancy in 2019.
Nearly 200 family units will be available to rent this year, with a dedicated on-site concierge, resident lounges, cinema, professional gym, business suites and a chef’s kitchen. There is also be a landscaped park and square open to the public.
The project will welcome new retailers in the coming year, including a restaurant and bar with a terrace, a gourmet grocer, and additional food and beverage offerings.

Brightwell Lakes is planned as a new community of around 2,000 homes. Outline planning permission was approved in April 2018 and Taylor Wimpey acquired the site in 2021, with construction being brought forward in a series of phases.
Several individual housing developments can be seen taking shape within the wider Brightwell Lakes site. These include Deben Park at Brightwell Lakes and Auster Place at Brightwell Lakes, both being developed by Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, together with Hemingway Rise, a development of new homes by Denbury Homes. Further phases include Brightwell Lakes Parcel W6, where Taylor Wimpey has secured detailed planning approval for another 93 homes.
The first phase of Brightwell Lakes comprised plans for 317 homes split between two areas: 195 homes on the A12 parcel and 122 homes on the Ipswich Road parcel. The scale of the development is particularly apparent from the air, with completed houses, streets under construction, prepared building plots, new roads and large areas of previously agricultural land being opened up for later phases.
Brightwell Lakes is intended to become considerably more than a housing estate. The masterplan includes a new all-through school, community facilities, employment areas, shops and places to eat and drink, sports pitches, allotments, play areas, open space and a network of pedestrian and cycle routes.
Immediately beyond the new housing is Adastral Park, one of the most important telecommunications research sites in Britain. The distinctive main laboratory buildings and communications installations can be seen prominently in these photographs.
The site has a remarkable history. This was once part of RAF Martlesham Heath, an important experimental airfield associated with aircraft and armament testing. The General Post Office acquired part of the former airfield in 1968 for its telecommunications research operation, which moved from Dollis Hill in London. The new Post Office Research Station at Martlesham Heath was formally opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1975.
Following the separation and privatisation of British Telecommunications, the establishment became BT Research Laboratories, later BT Labs. In 1999 the site was renamed Adastral Park, the name recalling the RAF motto Per Ardua ad Astra – “through adversity to the stars”. Today it remains a major centre for telecommunications and technology research.
These aerial views therefore record a particularly interesting stage in the continuing transformation of Martlesham Heath: former military airfield, telecommunications research centre and now the setting for one of Suffolk’s largest new residential communities.

This was take using three flashes. One to the right at 1/2, then another through the hall at 1/8, and then another behind the table to the far left.
I reduced some highlights in LR, and added contrast and vibrancy.
I cannot believe the amount of student accommodation that is currently under construction within walking distance of my apartment.
A developer has applied to build student apartments at 56-64 Dominick Street, the site of the former Michael H clothing factory. The complex will consist of the original four-storey building with and additional floor plus a sixth-storey penthouse.
Michael H is a well known fashion label established by Michael Heather in the late 1970s.

This was taken using mostly ambient light, with a flash in the right hand room in the kitchen at 1/4. Then i reduced some highlights in areas, and added brightness in LR.
North Wall Avenue is a new street at the Point Depot. There was a plan to connect it by a bridge over the Liffey to Capital Dock on Sir John Rogerson's Quay.
North Wall is east of the inner north side of Dublin, along the River Liffey. It contains the entire north side of Dublin Docklands and includes the International Financial Services Centre, Spencer Dock, and further east the main part of Dublin Port.
The area is dominated by a combination of older housing, dockland activities and new development through the Docklands Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme, including extensive construction of new retail, residential and office spaces.
Transport in the area includes the Dublin Area Rapid Transit (Docklands railway station on Sheriff Street), the LUAS (red line stations George's Dock, Mayor Square, Spencer Dock, and The Point, and 8 Dublinbikes stations (at Custom House Quay, City Quay, Excise Walk, Lime Street, Guild Street, Convention Centre, New Central Bank, and The Point).
