Take a second front gun shell and cut it down as shown above, fit the pieces over the titan pump and over the front of the tubing to further camouflage pump assembly.
Cut down a piece of cardboard to the appropriate size to cover the square openings on the side of the shell, secure it on the inside with your choice of adhesives, I used hot glue.

if 85mm is my best performing lens, then my best utilized lens is 35mm. why? it suits all my photography needs: close focus, wide angle, fast lens, and light!
i wish my Hasselblad has all the convenient of my Nikon gears in terms of autofocus, matrix metering, and close focus! :D

sculpture in gilded cast bronze, weighs 8 tons! by Paul Manship 1934. Yup Prometheus was one of the titans - the dude that stole fire and was chained to a rock by Zeus as punishment- every day to have his liver eaten by an eagle and then grow back. ow. The quote in red granite behind him says "Prometheus, teacher in every art, Brought the fire that hath proved to mortals a means to mighty ends." so said the 6th century greek dramatist, Aeschylus
A better picture of the final trigger mech. Horribly ugly isn't it? I really wasn't going for style here.
But you can see the metal ring that helps the plastic rod move the metal one back.

A terrific presentation from Pete Tridish, a founder of the "Prometheus Radio Project". The Prometheus Radio project teaches community groups how to build their own radio stations so that they can independently and locally air their own broadcasts. Learn more on their website: prometheusradio.org/
The second half of the meeting was the usual "Maker Challenge" where we break up into small groups of 4-7 people to complete some sort of task that involves making something from scratch. This month's was difficult (for me anyway), to come up with a "mad libs" style description (verb, preposition, adjective, noun) that describes an action. Then the group tried to guess the saying based upon the object that was built. A sort of "mechanical charades".
