Big shout out goes to Mike Z for hooking me up with this working slide projector. Finally I can view my Big Box of Slides they way they were meant to be viewed......
Found at Deluxe Junk in Fremont. Only takes regular 8mm, but seems to work great. I don't need any more broken 8mm projectors!
Early Gaumont projector. First version of the Chrono VII appeared in the catalogue of 1900.
From 1904 some changes were made. The Chrono VIIb was made untill 1912.

Control panel of one of the large film projectors left at the abandoned St Ebba's Hospital, Epsom.
St Ebba's Hospital opened in 1899 (formerly the Ewell Epileptic Colony) and was one of the so-called 'Epsom Cluster' hospitals situated on the outskirts London, it closed in 1995.

This is a 35mm projector my gandfather and my uncle built decades ago. It's home made and still works!
I took these 7 pics almost 8 years ago... today I found them in the bottom of a drawer...
They belong to a project I made at the university with slide film.
Masked into a wide aspect ratio and to hit just the stage background by the cut-up cardboard from a case of Budweiser. Nice.
