I’m in class all-day today (yes, Saturday - yuck) learning about project management with Microsoft Project.
Here we're modeling a project to build a home office computer and we're also messing around with different types of task linkages like Finish follows Start (this one has a negative lag time) and Start follows Start.
When they moved in, it was just a shell with concrete floors. Tanga exposed the ceiling and frosted it white for an exposed look. They carpeted most of the building, but finished the concrete floors in the kitchen and game rooms for a polished look.

It is also a division in project management to gather data and simulate construction history using Project Management software like Primavera and paper flow in order to aid Extreme Project Managers to investigate project delays, materials failure and cost analysis.
Edward or "Ed" is one of my favorite teachers from the D3 program. He's so energetic and naturally amusing to watch. His classes are never boring but its usually one of the most challenging. He totally has that Spanish character going on for him, great guy!
