The figures are created via a technique that Dave Gray has popularized.
This strip is dedicated to Scott Stead, who seems to like my comics.
This images is part of the 100 Days Envizualized Project, in which I am posting visual notes I take to manage and reflect on work, business, and life.
Here's my visual notes to help me guide my actions today. The big one (in my mind if not on the notes), plan an outline for a Visual Thinking Bootcamp I want to run in Philly sometime soon.
The "May 27" part of the notes refer to the upcoming VizThink Philly 2 meeting.

This is a before and after image of a home's backyard patio remodel in Orlando, Florida. Laurie Spencer of Spencer Management Group coordinated all aspects of the construction, including securing and managing subcontractors in lighting and electrical, landsaping, brick paver patio and screen enclosure, as well as contractor scheduling and oversight to make the home owner's project easier and worry free.

You can have more control over your project by creating smaller projects in Microsoft Project 2010 and then linking them into a single Project file to show where they fit in your master project. With Housatonic Project Viewer 2010 you can view large, complex MS Project files with subprojects, custom views and custom filters.
This fantastic resource is now live and getting updated with lots of vital content. I had the privilege of working with the ACLU NC team on this project--mainly providing UX, IA, and project management.
