During the afternoons when I am done teaching, I intern with Jayson for two periods. I also go to Night School once or twice a week to check in and work with some students. Here is Jayson deep in conversation, counseling a student and encouraging him to reach for the stars. Okay, we are actually talking to Downtown Andy Brown about his ankle but that's okay. You can just pretend. Jayson is a cool guy and it has been great to intern with him. There is no pressure. He is cool, calm, and collected all the time. Without his help, I'm not sure I could have made it through this. He has a good sense of humor, too, so we spend a lot of our afternoons laughing...especially when Andy stops by. After this, I worked the track meet. I helped measure and record distances for the discus. It was fun but freezing and a little more chaotic than last time. The cold was great for MY cold, I'm sure.

This is my sister in law, Kaylee. I shot this while we were at a 60th birthday party when she wasn't looking. I really liked the way the light lights up her hair and how her face is a bit hidden but lit nicely as well.
I call this "A quiet Friday night in before a wild Memorial Day weekend." Steve and I were exhausted from a busy...year. I had graduation the next morning followed by many activities for the both of us. We grilled out, watched the Grey's Anatomy season finale, and went to bed early. Oh, I also got my hair done. Very exciting! A Friday night like that every once in awhile is just fine by me.
Para comemorar dois meses de namoro! :P hahahaha
(Obrigada por tudo, meu amor!)
O filme Valente é muito bom! Recomendo à todos os fãs da Pixar! ^_^
October 20, 294/366 (1755/1827)- I was scouting some locations for a photo-shot next week and found a road down to the end of the point of land that creates this bayou. Love the sky this time of night!
