I have a tendency not to clean up after I take a photo of something. I'll leave it on my photo table until the next time I use it. This was the purple flower I photographed two weeks ago. It had fallen off the stem and face down onto the mirror where I had photographed it before. There's beauty in those wrinkles and splotches of purple that remain.

I was watching a baking show last night & the contestants had to make a slab pie. Basically a rectangle pie in a sheet pan versus a round pie in a pie dish. I had never heard of it before, but I had a bunch of apples and time on my hands, so why not.
