In this project I use the method “Hybrid” to describe the phenomenon --- talent migraton. I combine three elements together: Chinese & American maps; the computer chip and neon lights. Because nowdays, many Chinese who control a skill choose to migrate to USA to develop their career, at the same time, they drive the culture communication. Because the talents largely consist of IT talents, my inspiration comes from the computer chip. I combine the map of China with the map of America and use the arrowheads to stand for migraton. I write the skills in Chinese part, such as language, culinary skill, computer, techology, leechcraft, in American part, I mark the corresponding jobs, such as teacher, chef, programmer, scientist, doctor. I change the colors of the component to be more colorful, just like the neon lights, I mean to express that people will also have a colorful life and a bright future abroad and will drive the culture communication. The font I choose is Acens, for I think it has a sence of science and techonology.
