The Fort Drum Pregnancy/Post Partum Physical Training Program took a break from their usual Thursday routein to hold a baby shower for the program's participants. Snacks were provided and the Soldiers brought in gently used baby clothing and items to spread the wealth to their fellow Soldier-moms. The group had time to discuss various stages of pregnancy, and those waiting to deliver took the opportunity to grill the newly minted moms about their experiences thus far.

Workshops
These one or two-week intensive sessions are taught by Living Art Studio's instructors, outstanding artists, Dr. Jane Goretskaya and doctoral student, MA, Marina Bichinsky. They allow artists to build upon their knowledge. As evidence of their value, a growing number of our international alumni return regularly to advance their skills.
