Is this my best side?

Profiling Barja El-Qadimeh neighbourhood in Chouf, Lebanon.

A profile view of the pilothouse. Can't help but be envious of the guys that got to ride the tow to Fraser.

Cold, hard proof that the cheeks are still with us.

Over the break and over the last couple of weeks I have been experimenting with how to represent these ideas. My recent experiments explore this aging cycle by repeatedly printing images with a basic consumer-grade inkjet printer until the ink from the printer has completely been depleted. The image quality of the photographs progressively becomes poorer and poorer until the image “disappears.” After the image no longer printed I was interested in the processes of “renovating” or “gentrifying” by replacing the exhausted ink tanks with new ones, in an effort to be able to print the image again “as it should be seen.” In the same way that the aging and gentrifying processes have an effect on neighborhoods, I want to see the effect that continual inkjet printing has on images.

I did a photo shoot with my best friend and muse Dani to showcase her amazing tattoos. She's one of my favorite people to photograph.

Another moth eclosed last night. A male this time

for years and years i couldn't look at myself in profile; i hated the way i looked so much. or maybe i just wasn't used to it. it's a little better now that i'm older.

also, i just got a haircut, and the stylist totally shaved too high on my neck, so now it looks all hairy as it's growing back. you know?

She's my bad bad bad girl.

I don't know why but every time I take off the display cabinet something bad happens.

For example last night after the shot session her Licca body had a spasm and she creates a domino effect...

I love her hair, her eye chips and her makeup but I thought several times about let her go...

you can see t. rex's toes resting against her/his forehead & can make out eye sockets, cheeks, mouth, and nose. T. rex was in breech position all throughout the ultrasound so hands and feet were up around her/his head, obscuring that the entire session.
