Timi Yuro was an Italian-American gal who could belt out a ballad with such power she could peel paint. She had an undeniable soulful quality but also a keen sense of jazz phrasing . . . as well as pulling r'n'b and country music into the mix. Her first big hit was Hurt in 1961 and she followed it with the equally good What's a Matter Baby (Is It Hurting You?) the following year. Timi Yuro a lady who possessed a tremendous and unique voice. She made some great records.

A "selfie" test shot i took for a picture i want to take soon.. It was shot with my Canon 5D classic, with my Speedlite 430exII off-camera, triggered with Cactus V5, shot through a normal white umbrella positioned on some chairs.. For the final shoot i'm planning to buy a softbox with a decent lightstand..

TREE's evolution began in the summer of 1990, when River, Jake, Ooze and Billy forged an aggressive and defiantly positive brand of hardcore the sound of which still loudly resonates in their music today. Shows with local heroes like Sam Black Church grabbed the attention of Cherrydisc Records and the label released their first three full lengths. ("A Lot to Fear" 1993, "Plant a Tree or Die" 1995, and "Downsizing the American Dream" 1996). Constant and relentless touring has seen TREE share the stage with acts such as Clutch, Sheer Terror, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, XCops, Fear, Godsmack and Staind along with playing the Van's Warped Tour. These shows, along with their annual US headline tour have pushed the odometer of the band's "tour van" past an astonishing 250,000 miles. Over time, the scope of influence within the band had widened considerably and Wonderdrug Records recognized that they were on the brink of realizing their finest hour yet. After the blistering "Radio Bootleg for the Restless Masses" (recorded live on WMBR in Cambridge, MA) and the now classic "Our Day Will Come" released in May of 1999, TREE got down to business and recorded "No Regrets No Remorse:" 14 epic songs over 44 minutes and 44 seconds. TREE have always strived to simply put their words into action. In the past, they've taken part in events such as the Boston Freedom Fest Hemp Rally, Skate 98, Lollapalooza, River Rave and Localbazooka. Over the years, TREE has had the opportunity to have their music used on Fox Sports Net, MTVs "Senseless Acts Of Video", MTVs "Real World", MTVs "Road Rules", and various independent films of national release. In 2000 TREE won the Boston Music Award for "Best Hardcore/Metal Band", The Boston Phoenix Readers Poll for "Best Extreme Act" and the award for "Best Rally Band" from High Times Magazine. Is the music the message or is the message the music? In TREE's case, the answer would be a big "YES" to both. "No Regrets No Remorse" features hookladen showstoppers ("Cold And Alone" and "Great Galactic Ghoul"), charging punk anthems ("All Control" and "A Lot To Fear"), impassioned warnings ("Brainwashed"), rocking crowd movers ("Get In The Way" and "2faced") ... the list goes on. For those familiar with mighty TREE, this new album is destined to become an instant favorite. Released in 2001. Please note - this is a fan page. hmm so this is my side profile. I think everyone has a unique look to them and each of their features define them.God made us all a certain way, and we are all beautiful in our own ways so why should we change that. People shouldn't get nose jobs(unless their nose was broken), or get bigger lips or what not, they should love their features, weither they have a million freckles, or two, dimples, or a gap, or a big for head,they should flaunt them.That's what i do now. I'm proud of my big nose,big lips,and brown eyes, as well as my high cheek bones. Oh you can kinda see my new hair color..it's a copper red color..but the thing is..it looks so natural you can't tell that i dyed it..haha. ah well i still love it and i'm happy with the results. I worked from 10-3 today and that was great. i'm so happy i was at woodbury today, i've missed working there. My bro,dad, and i went to islands for dinner and mm mm was the burger i got good. i save half of a half haha i ended up eat pieces of the half while in the car and after ahhaa. See i have a small tummy so i get full easily, so i can never finish a full hamburger but then like 30mins later i end up eating a peice or even the rest of the half haha. Today was chilly as always and i love it, i just wish i had more boots and long selves ahah. I'm so wearing my boots to jonels graduation..freaking ky is going to be soooo cold haha. but yeah that's that. i don't feel like saying anything else night
