Professor Green: Nova's Red Room @ The Star
DMG Music launches with Nova's Red Room at The Star, Sydney
DMG Music, DMG Radio Australia’s innovative new music division, launched Nova’s Red Room at The Star in Sydney today.
The first event, hosted by Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa, featured Jessie J in her only Australian performance for an Australian media outlet, alongside Gym Class Heroes, Professor Green & Tinie Tempah. Together, it is the cream of Future Music Festival’s stellar line up. They all performed live at the first event for Nova’s Red Room, an intimate live lounge performance space residing in The Star.
Nova’s Red Room is the first major initiative from DMG Music delivering intimate live music experiences featuring local and international artists performing exclusively for Nova listeners.
Fitzy & Wippa will interviewed the artists live from Nova’s Red Room in front of industry partners and selected ticket winners. These interviews and performances will be played back across the Nova Network nationally and on novafm.com.au. Guests at the event were entertained throughout the night by She can DJ winner DJ Minx.
Tony Thomas, Group Marketing Director at DMG Radio Australia said, “Nova’s Red Room will change the landscape for touring artists, to become the regular side show of choice. It will give artists an opportunity to perform to their biggest fans, in an exclusive, intimate setting.”
DMG Radio Australia set up a new division ‘DMG Music’ headed by Jocelin Abbey, former Universal Music Label Manager, to develop and commercialise music events and content across the Nova Network. With DMG Radio’s unparallelled access to artists, look out for a number of big events and experiences to launch in the next 12 months.
Brett Robinson, Future Music’s Festival Director, has partnered with Nova for the Red Room launch event: “Nova is committed to live music and the Red Room is a great new initiative for the music industry. In light of our great line up, we are excited to be launching the first Nova Red Room with the artists from the Future Music Festival.”

just fixed him up with flesh
There are too many people to credit for the decals, but i thank them all, i'm gonna do a wolverine and the x-men storyline of my own. so i just need characters, not credit
There is such attention to detail in his backpack, the copper tubing, the little screws, gauges and then you have all of the custom leather harnesses and buckling and his primary gun. Wow. So cool. I should have asked if it weighs a ton, especially after a long day at the con.
I was waiting for class and I noticed him just sitting there. He sat there and didn't move for the longest time.
X - No longer RP'ing there, RL time constraints changed.
This is the sort of thing Charlotte would wear when out and about in a muggle town, like the one she stays at over summer.
NB: Have since 'aged' her from 30's to late 40's

Unnatural selection: artificial life and designer babies. What does the future hold?
Lecturer, broadcaster and media commentator Waleed Aly will moderate an expert panel of Monash alumni as they discuss synthetic life, designer babies and what they mean for future generations.
Should we be able to choose the sex of our babies? What about selecting the most intelligent embryo, the one with the greatest sporting ability or the one that will live to 100? And as scientists get closer to creating synthetic life, do we really understand what this could mean for our world?

I am not a big fan of figures, but my wife is very fond of the NDS Layton Series, so we bought this as a decoration on the bookshelf. Revoltech joints allow you to twist Layton into various poses, fun!
