During Christmas Time, almost every big street and building is somehow decorated. This one is probably the biggest "Christmas Tree" in Vienna. Photo (cc) by-nc Chris Feichtner; squics.com/license

The image today was taken this morning near to Kenilworth, on a walking trail at the edge of the University of Warwick. The view is of a Laser Cut art installation called The Portrait Bench. It depicts Helen Martin the University's most generous benefactor, with an equivalent of £28 million being donated over the course of her life. The other people include Edward Langley Fardon a pioneer in bicycle design and John Kemp Starley in inventor of the modern bicycle. The purpose of the art installation is to help people get out and about by either walking or using bicycles for everyday journeys.
The photo was taken using the app ProCamera on my iPhone 6.
First I used the app Snapseed to edit the picture. I cropped the image and applied the Tonal Contrast preset. I then added some extra Structure and Sharpening along with boosting the Contrast, Saturation, Ambiance and Warmth. I also decreased the Highlights. After this I used the app PicsArt to apply the Artistic Oil Painting preset. Finally I used PhotoToaster to add the Backlit preset, the Vibrant FX and a Medium light Vignette. I then applied the Canvas texture and the Leather frame.
ProCamera, iColorama & Procreate using an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil.
I used 2 different photos for the figure which were blended together using iColorama. I pushed contrast in the resulting persona for simplification & drama. I love adding or painting & drawing into some of my photomanipulations which I did here using the Procreate App for the upswept hair to give it a whimsical, simplified linear effect. The red lips, garish blue eyeshadow, & clownish red bubble-effects were then added on for more drama & to exploit the persona of the figure which I couldn't resist naming Drama Queen.
