Very quick for today's image as it has been a really busy day. It was taken this evening at home in my kitchen. The image is of my Sons 21st Birthday cake.

The photo was taken using the app ProCamera on my iPhone 6.

First I used the app Snapseed to edit the photo. I Cropped and Straightened the image and applied the Tonal Contrast filter. I then boosted the Contrast, Saturation, Ambiance and Warmth. I also decreased the Highlights. I also added a little extra Structure to the image. Next I used the app Shockmypic to give the image a slight abstract feel. Finally I used the app PhotoToaster to add the Clarify preset, the Vibrant FX and an Medium Dark Vignette. I then applied the Stucco texture and the Leather frame.

As always, a photo each day for 365 days. All shot and edited using Apps on my iPhone 5.

The photo was taken using the camera App ProCamera for iPhone. The original image can be found below.

First of all I used an app called PaintFX to edit the image. This was done by applying a HDR effect to just the sky area, then applying a vibrance effect to the whole image. Next I used Snapseed to make apply the Drama filter to the picture. After that I used an app called Photo Copier to apply a reproduction of the tone, texture, grain and detail of the artist Bruegel's painting called - Babel Tower. Finally I used PhotoToaster to apply the Canvas texture and add the Shadow II frame.

The original photo was taken today in the village of Leek Wootton in Warwickshire. The image is of the Parish Church of All Saints. The church set high on the hill, was built in 1790 on the same site as the earlier church that is thought dates back to the year 1122, possibly even being preceded by a pagan temple.
