The London to Edinburgh flight path, combined with a break in the clouds and the lucky timing of the sun setting in just the right spot all came together to provide this marvelous view. Im only glad I had my camera out and was ready to shoot. Protip: Always have your camera out and be ready to shoot!!

My entry for the Origins of Sin Winter Feast photo contest: Best IC Picture!

A spin on the traditional Nativity Scene, Maxis Inoryx has gathered creatures and beings from near and far to witness the birth of a new creature. And it sure as hell ain't no child, that's for damn sure.

Protip: It's a snake. Bitches love snakes. Verity also brought bees. Of course she did.

Space: Sunday morning from Central Florida / Bull Creek Wildlife Management area.

Protip: "Fog forms when the temperature and dew point of the air approach the same value" (credit: US National Weather Service Melbourne Florida); the forecast didn't show fog, but I rather blatantly disregarded the dew point when I rolled out of bed at 3:45 am this morning.

It was sporadically foggy on the way, but the WMA itself was quite murky. I had to drive far in to find this one spot where the fog was thin enough to see the sky.

The limited shot choices notwithstanding, it was a lovely morning with a breathtaking view.

Details: 11-frame vertical panorama, shot at ISO3200, f1.8, and 15-secs with a Canon R5mkii & Sigma 14mm.

The Devil's Pulpit where they filmed the Channing Tatum film 'Eagle'. The red colouring comes from the sandstone in the walls. Protip: the colour is more pronounced after its been raining.

Because sometimes, chasing sunsets turn out a-okay! :D Progression of this sunset will be put up again soon, but I can say that it was absolutely amazing and well worth sitting in the dirt.

PROTIP: using your knees and legs as a tripod works out really, really cool!

West to east, all 54km of it. As seen from Pico.

Made from 18 pictures.

PROTIP: Click the 'all sizes' thingy for a slightly larger version.

Protip: If you want to enjoy David Lynch movies. don't hypnotize your wife seeing if you can uncover memories of childhood abuse.

Why u so view boost?

Some people were asking for pics of my collection, so I gladly obliged. Now I can't stress this enough but......NOT FOR TRADE UNLESS I SAY SO, OR YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT INTRIGUES ME. Also, more protos headed my way soon. :3

Also, Missing from photo include: Tan Podgun, GM Minigun, GitD/Cobalt V1 BAR, Tan/black swirled PanzerFaust, HCSR, and a few others.

Day 174: A Spider and Her Webbing

This spider was in the center of this web as I moved in for the "kill" (the photo kill, that is). Suddenly, the camera strap fell away from my body and brushed a web filament at the edge, sending the spider fleeing to safety off to the right. *Botched shot* -- ProTip: Secure all loose objects.

Hello my fellow colectors. Does anyone have a tip on how to photograph this wonderful chrome plating properly? I find this really hard...

Hellboy II Liz Sherman. Damn near blinded myself setting the lighting for this shot.

PROTIP: Don't look directly at the bulb.

reVile - Remnant Mask - COMING SOON

Just another preview of the Remnant mask

Only comes in FULLPACK. So you get all colours and options.

The mask is unrigged, and Copy and Mod so you can reshape it to fit your face easily.

PBR and nonPBR versions, both included in the pack, both controlled with the same hud.

PROTIP: Since the mask is unrigged and mod, you can likely attach horns to the mask to customize it further!

Throw some extra es on there and it'll all work out.

Protip I do not like The Faerie Queene but the ladylove is named Una so there's that. Also I'm re-re-re-whatever-writing my doll story again and Françoise gets to be a fairy this time. Probably not the queen, though.

*Questa foto mi è particolarmente cara perchè riporta il mio codice di macchina 444003 che utilizzavo per i servizi amministrativi FS del PDM.

#ProTip: A touch of light painting can add depth to your astrophotography shots. Olympus Visionary Peter Baumgarten used an OM-D E-M1 Mark II, M.ZUIKO 8mm f1.8 Fisheye PRO and the light from his smart phone to illuminate the cliff and foreground in this Milky Way image.

Wow! Thank you soooooo much Will, you really outdid yourself with these prizes. This is far more than I ever could have imagined and I can't wait to get some pictures up showing off these beauties!

I've wanted to put the shotgun attachment on a HAC for a while now, and after getting my first TT order in the mail today this combination just seemed fitting.

Protip: sometimes the world /does/ look better through rose-colored glass! I put my sunglasses over my camera lens and got this shot. Ha!

Panorama made from 14 photos on the southeastern point of Faial island (Monte da Guia), overlooking the famous port town of Horta and the bay of Porto Pim

So I decided to "go PRO" -- not because I wanted to -- but because Flickr got rid of sorting by View, Faves, etc. (huge bummer tbh). Anyways, I figure it's a small way to support Flickr which I have invested so much time / effort over the years, so I encourage others to do so -- let's keep this special community alive and kicking.

BIG THANK YOU to all my fantastic FOLLOWERS! 😊

p.s. Protip: use the code FLICKRPRO30 for a 30% discount

I threw in some Camos and rares too.

Also, my proto collection is larger than my production collection.

Ujelly?

Joking aside, drool away.

Mi versión pastel de Amelia. Vista la última sesión de protipo (que preciosidad!) no se parece ni de lejos, pero bueno... a mi me consuela un poquito

131 in all. Includes four ammo clips and 8 bloody items.

Men try to attract a mate by showing off their material possessions. I'm a man!

That's forty, maybe fifty pounds (sterling) of mostly expired film there. That's money *and* taste.

And if I can afford to spend such a sum on luxuries, imagine how much I could spend on you, pretty girl. Eighty, maybe ninety pounds. You could just read your iPad or whatever, we don't even have to have the lights on. For heaven's sake, nobody else wants you. I'll give you five minutes to see sense oh for heaven's sake.

Er, yes. Mostly 35mm in the top left, 120 bottom-right (no Polaroids). The Shanghai film came in a lovely packet from China, wrapped in string. The 160T is wicked. The Kodakchrome is sadly unprocessable. The Agfa Vista is £1 from the local pound shop PROTIP you can sell it on eBay for £3.59 + £1.20 p&p and make a tidy profit, just put LOMO EXPIRED into the heading (even if it isn't expired).

Why people still use the technique on the right is beyond me. Many other techniques exist to give you gap free SNOT, just have a look in LEGO Techniques.

Heading back to the Grampians from Melbourne, we took the long route back along the southern coast driving the Great Ocean Road. Apparently, it was built as a memorial to fallen soldiers of WWI...kind of nicer than a statue in terms of a tribute.

Protip: Driving westbound is nicer on this road cause you're closer to the coast since you drive on the left side of the road there.

PROTIP: always remember to charge your camera battery. For that reason, this will be my lone upload to Flickr from Istanbul. :-/

We enjoyed Istanbul over the course of 4.5 days, seeing, eating, and doing as much as we could on both sides of the Bosphorus and in both historical and modern contexts. What a wonderful city full of surprises, experiences, and sights: some of which I was excited to take home through photography. It was my intention not to only capture the historical aspects of the city (like this photo), but also the giant modern metropolis Istanbul has become. Then, the discovery of the dead battery, just before ascending the Istanbul Sapphire (260m), no less. Oh well; lesson learned... the hard way.

This one is a stitch of three horizontally oriented photos looking out on the Bosphorus and the European side, with the Maiden's Tower in the middle. An 85mm would have been ideal but I left that at home so I had to make do with 135mm and stitch.

5D II + 135L

Another mercenary from my ever growing group of death merchants.

This scene takes place in the East Salernum countryside, April 1925. Crusaders of Aeserian State of Perceptum clear out a pocket of Wolfe Regime forces. These crusaders, manning a hildetruc made in the Ordenric, are a motley bunch, some are locals, some are freed convicted terrorists political prisoners, some are "advisers" on loan from the Ordenhere, some are Regime soldiers who defected and recanted their government's heresies. These Nasitadeli, as the locals call them, aren't entirely trusted yet. It was only a few weeks ago they were shooting at them as Perceptum began to disintegrate. A civilian farmer looks on, hoping the weapon below won't draw unwanted attention on his house.

The Wolfe Regime is on its last legs, the republicans in the north have been overrun by Yuropean heretics and infidels. The Aeserian State alone remains to stand against them. The vast hordes are moving in, only time will tell if the crusaders succeed.

Protip: They will, deus vult.

Thanks Rich for getting me this sweet proto Mosin since I couldn't go myself to BFVA.

Here's some facts you probably did(n't) know about me.

1) Protip, placing a dusty filter over any photo is 100% guaranteed to make you a photography pro.

2) I'm heading off to University in September to do a degree in Game Art.

3) I do regularly check in here on Flickr, lurking, I just don't actively do the whole LEGO thing anymore.

4) Orego Squad 3 is totally never possibly absolutely going to be released sometime in the distant tomorrow century future now.

5) I've got a bad habit of leapfrogging from one project to another, which explains why Orego Squad 3 has been in development hell for about a millennium.

6) I never did actually get a production version of the Brickarms Sten.

7) I'm on a personal mission to survive on this Earth until at least December 18th 2015.

8) Hack is Starlord's father.

9) As of 7/4/15, there have been 5 Vex but 0 Gjallahorn.

10) It's Liam, but y'all can still call me Lit.

I'll tag my best buds on here, idgaf if you've been tagged before or if you forgot who I am, just deal with it you slugs.

Bluhh I failed pretty much all the pics I tried taking with mizya's Apate, but here's one. I went to visit her few days ago and we went to the forest to roll around in the snow with dolls. Protip: wear proper winter clothes if you plan to do the same, my pants and socks were so cold and wet ;_;

PROTIP: Don't put your moka express on the stove for more than 30 minutes without putting water in it.

Not only will you not get delicious espresso, it will do serious damage to your ring!

I've spent the last several days attending protests, mostly to document, and partially to participate. I haven't always embraced the black half of my identity, despite it being the most visible and forward-facing part. But I have struggled with systemic racism, oppression, and specifically systemic issues with police my entire life.

On Friday the 29th, the group of peaceful protesters I was with in Oakland were teargassed and flashbanged. This isn't news, but I was fucking there and documented it between wiping my eyes and moving upwind from gas and away from explosives. For the thousands of peaceful protesters I saw, there were at most 10 individuals tagging (mostly boards), breaking, setting fires. This minority felt categorically different than the rest of the protesters and in no way was representative. This is the album of those photos.

From then on in Stanford, East Palo Alto, and San Jose, there were zero bad actors at the protests I attended. Completely energizing, excited, and lively, but peaceful and nondestructive. By. The. Thousands.

So take your complicit bullshit out of here if you're trying to legitimize or excuse or divert from police fucking murdering black people by waving around the tiny-ass percentage of people doing property damage. Seriously, what is wrong with y'all??!! The answer is systemic oppression.

The thing I've felt the most is hope. Hope that this will finally mobilize real change. America doesn't vote well (especially for legislators) and the Supreme Court doesn't move quickly enough. These are the primary legal actions for enacting change. So what the fuck are people supposed to do to stop our black brothers and sisters from getting brutally murdered if not this? There isn't another answer.

Read the resource guides people post. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, damn, but message me and I'll nonjudgmentally give you some. Go to a protest. Bring a sign. And water. And a towel to wipe the tear gas out of your eyes for when the cops think you need to get brutalized for showing up to stand up to their brutalization (protip: wait until it's dry).

I weathered and un-masked the green bits, then applied the foil stickers and fitted them in place. Protip: Don't burnish them as the printing is not what you'd call robust!
