I headed out last night for apple cider and a movie rental. I came home with Horton Hears a Who 'cause the Red Box thing has a limited selection, and 'cause kids movies are the only films Husband and I feel okay watching anymore.
I kind of wish the Pro-Life community hadn't blown her hand on that movie. They (we) jumped all over "a person's a person no matter how small" and killed it.
Next time we get a gift like that, let's take a cue from the media and go subversive. We should have let that simmer and let it work it's way into people's thinking instead of claiming it for the Pro-Life movement and screaming it from the roof tops. Just a thought. Next time.

This comic was inspired by many things....first the fullness of the creek of our beach making me take some sort of detour and the other half has to be the anticipation of new albums from Daft Punk (Random Access Memories) and Boards of Canada (Tommorow's Harvest)....of course the enigmatic promotion of the new BOC album was the inspiration of the comic.
