I bought her this dress, purse and matching shoes during the cherry blossoms, but we never made it to see them. Well I found the dress still in the box and thought I was going to take some pictures of her in the dress. Well a sugared up kid + no good lighting= No good pictures. I will have to try again another time.

PS. I LOVE this dress and I am thinking of buying it in all the colors they come in. Oh and she loves the dress (Bonus) and she didn't want to take it off(Double Bonus).

Medinilla magnifica on Kodak Polycontrast rapid RC paper and exposed under the Philippine sun. Habitat/ecology: Rain forest epiphyte. In its native habitat in the Philippines, "in lowland dipterocarp forests between 300-500 m, in lower montane forests at 400-1000 m, or in cloud belt mossy forests up to 1400 m altitude" (Regalado, 1995; p. 133).

And the hearty mums are still beautiful around the county. These mums are from my friend Nancy's garden.

When we were at the beach we were given these coupions for a free star fish or sand dollar and a shark tooth necklace for $0.69 so we took the girl. Well Jojo Bean picked out & wouldnt know leave with out this shirt for Ella! It had to be pink her favorite color, Jojo also picked out the pink barbie shirt today as well...

My youngest daughter was baptized on 5/6/18 in the same gown her great grandfather wore for his baptism. The gown in 103 years old.

This movie, and the song from which it takes its name, have always resonated with me. Duckie Dale is the unsung hero of this movie, even though Molly Ringwald's Andie takes up most of the spotlight. Viewed for free on a big screen with good company and an IPA as mediocre as Molly Ringwald's acting. No complaints.
