MAN Diesel is a Multinational, German based company , Recently set up their Diesel engine manufacturing plant in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. This was one of the most challenging project in Richa’s history in terms of building aesthetics. The PEB covers a floor area of 1627 sqm with a clear span of more than 29m and a clear height of 13m. The PEB included multiple cranes ranging from 45 MT EOT to 5 MT Semi-Gantry crane, Monorail Crane & Wall mounted Cranes. Also it included Portal bracing, special ventilation system, fall protection frame and 3m high Parapet Fascia.

The PEB covers a floor area of over 11,000 sqm with a tonnage of over 5,000 MT. The project included two buildings each with a clear span of whopping 71m and clear height of 33m. The sidewall sheeting of the building has a air gap of 25mm and the endwall sheeting has 130mm glass wool insulation. The project included various additional features such as partition walls and arrangement for installation for electrical equipments.
