Between London and Parkhill, Ontario, along Nairn Road.
Crews work on new hydro lines stretching along Nairn Road just east of Parkhill. From what I gather, the lines are part of the ongoing wind turbine and hydro projects in the area.
These lines are connected to the nearby Parkhill Customer Transformer Station on Nairn between Cassidy Road and Bornish Drive.

"The 1.8 megawatt Vestas turbine towers are 306 feet tall and support a 154,300-pound generator, as well as three blades. The blades -- made of fiberglass, resin and balsa wood -- each weigh 17,000 pounds and are 160 feet long. Because the blades are so long, they will be able to catch winds at lower speeds."
