In tegenstelling tot de Bosaardbei, staan bij de Schijnaardbei de vruchtjes omhoog en zijn de bloemen geel.

A little bloom on a potentilla plant that hasn't grown much during the past several years. Potentilla, in the rose family, Rosaceae, are usually called cinquefoils in English.

Experimental shoot through the leaves to the tiny blossom. About as shot.

Thanks for looking!

Happy Bokeh Wednesday! 😊

Our drought-affected garden this year has meant many flowers are struggling. But the potentilla are still giving us a lovely bright show.
