A single lamp post standing along the edge of a high rise building of residential flats in Sha Tin, mainland Hong Kong.
I was there in mid November last year (2018) on a mini reunion with my school friends. We had a fabulous time and I personally prioritised food and photography. Shopping not so much.
To those who have expressed worry for my wellbeing, these pictures were taken naclk in 2018, well before the current protest situation.

This lamp post is located at the Dragon Gate of San Francisco's Chinatown. As far as I know it is the only one. Apparently, it is much photographed for when I googled "lamp post Chinatown" trying to learn of its history, all I got was about 100 images of it and no text.
