Deer skull on fence post in Eureka, Nevada. Photographed with Zorki 4K using Industar-50 f:3.5 lens. Kodak Tmax 100 film. Semi-Stand developed in Adonal (Rodinal) 1-100 for 1 hour.
I found this post card in a junk shop in Nant, France. The caption means
"From the trench. My darlings, from the bottom of the trench I picture your heads bending over me".
On the back it's dated 10 October 1915.
Here's a slight diversion from the standard Chain link fence, Though I suspect it properly falls into the chain link series. This is the corner post at the flag football field. Curves, curves, curves, those tricky curves!

I always feel that the posts I have seen in foreign countries are much cuter than the Japanese ones. I prefer this style over the Japanese one.
