I woke up this AM remembering conversations Inger & I had about how it was up to me whether or not my visit would have a transformational impact on me. The big transformation I'm looking for is getting back to an outdoor, active lifestyle.
So, I decided to take Sammy for a long walk at Castle Island www.celebrateboston.com/castle-island.htm. Of course, I had no idea that the roads would be closed because of a charity walk. We finally found a place to park & we walked about an hour. I think Mr. Poo (aka Sammy) was wondering when he signed up for this active lifestyle:-) But, when he got really tired I picked him up.

We are in the midst of the greatest revolution✊ of all time. For the first time⏰ in history we as the masses have the ability to connect, share📲, and control the way that information is consumed.
There are many examples in nature🌳 that embody what it means to work together toward a common cause. Whether it be a school of fish🐠, a colony of ants🐜, or a herd of
wildebeests, instinctively each of these creatures survive by working together🙌 as the collective organism.
Our ability as human beings🙋 to connect and work together is only limited by the way in which we share👐 what we know and believe to be true.
It is when we define someone's actions as good or bad🎭, when we see things in only shades of black and white🌁, that we separate ourselves from those who can do us the most good👍.
The focus🔎 instead needs to be on the collective conversation📢 that allows us to better understand the person standing next to us.
We can be the engine that drives🚘 social change only when we come together as one☝ social organism.
There is no greater power💪 than the ability to share what we know, and with the advent of the internet💻 and social media, we finally have the power at our fingertips✋.
In order to allow the good❤ to overcome bad we must allow all to voice their opinions💬. It is when we attempt to control the opinions of others that we fuel⛽ the fire of hatred. The only thing we must censor is censorship🔇.
Media was always meant to be social📱. We must all be a part of the digital revolution🗽 that is altering the societal landscape whereby we now have the power of positive💝 change.

🌿✨ Children's Walk for Environmental Rights 🚶♂️🚶♀️
We took a little step towards a sustainable future! 🌍👧👦
Lyari's Girls Cafe Foundation collaborated with ARADO’s #LocaltoGlobal and #Tdh.
Organized Children's Walk on Environmental Rights to empower the next generation of eco-champions.
Children waiting for their rights had raised banners and placards. Deputy Commissioner South Altaf Hussain Sario participated in the walk held on children's environmental rights. A large number of women including children of Lyari participated in the walk.
🌳 📚 Kids learned about their environmental rights and the role they play in preserving our planet.
🎨 Little artists expressed their love for nature through eco-friendly art projects.
Let's amplify their voices and champion environmental rights for a brighter tomorrow! 🌈💚 Together, we're nurturing a generation that values, protects, and advocates for the planet. 🌱🌏

At Inspire Resettlement Service, the young person will receive regular on-going support from a dedicated Resettlement Broker while they are in custody and for up to 12 months after that.
This support will include personal development and employability skills designed to support their integration back into the community, as well as access to jobs or training.
