Often times we don’t have a problem with making the choice to be happy. Choosing to be happy is the easy part. The hard part is knowing how to execute this decision on a daily basis.
We all heard the saying, “misery loves company.” Meaning that unhappy people find solace in surrounding themselves with other unhappy people like them. The problem with this is that once you find yourself surrounded by negativity, it can be hard to get back into a positive state of mind.
