A farm exhibit to encourage people to come to the Port Perry Fair. Part of the Port Perry Heritage Day.
These images from 2022 are of outings and walks in our neighbourhood, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and other destinations within easy driving distance from Toronto.
This bird, that looked subtly different from all the yellowlegs, is a Stilt Sandpiper (Calidris himantopus).
The view from the corner of Rosa and McDonald St. the gabled roof house and the one south of it, i helped my dad build in 1982, across the street is my old high school, PPHS, and looking south you can see my H.S. best friends house - the yellow brick mansion with the widows watch.
The house we are renovating i used to walk by on my way to Kindergarten as well as High School, never thought I'd be back working in this capacity!
