It's become a tired cliche to say that children are the future, but it is so true, especially in Ethiopia, which has little infrastructure to support aging parents, but has a tradition of caring for the elderly. To eliminate Ethiopia's children is to throw society into chaos, which we are learning in the West as we have fewer and fewer children.
