Walking home last night and noticed that for some reason there is a pop-up barbers outside the Fountainpark leisure complex at Fountainbridge. No idea why, but snapped quick few handheld shots including a sneaky one zooming in through the window to catch a reflection in the mirror. "Something for the weekend, sir?"

The toll booth at St. Luke's Cross in Cork is now a flower shop every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
This disused toll booth is an interesting reminder of the city's social and economic history. Its octagonal-plan and small scale make it an eye-catching addition to the streetscape. Situated at a busy junction, it forms a group of street furniture with the adjacent water trough and post box.

Artist Mario Martinez (aka MARS-1) created these awesome custom-painted versions of his Invisible Plan figures. I'll have individual pics of each piece up soon, but thought I'd post a group shot of these amazingly detailed pieces.
