these seed pods have started to fall from all the kajillion eucalyptus trees around here.
at least i think they are seed pods.
they kind of look like cherries that took a wrong turn down the evolutionary highway.
I took this photo of one of the 32 pods from my pod. The gradual rotation in one of the 32 high-tech glass capsules takes approximately 30 minutes and gives you an ever-changing perspective of London. On a clear day you can see up to 40 kilometres away. Of course, to get the best out of it you must stand close to one of the windows, not sit in the middle on the seat provided and wish you were somewhere else. Like my wife…..
This is my second attempt at a gusseted bag - with the pods I gocco'd. It's made with olive green denim & a stripey heather ross fabric from her lighting bugs line (I think).
yes, the lighting stinks - i was tired & couldn't be bothered to wait 'till morning for more natural lighting (besides, morning was rainy)
oh, and I forgot to add - i dropped this off at the blue frog gallery (bluefroggallery.com) and it sold 3 hours later to a friend of mine I was meeting later that evening.

Users can open package and insert pods with one hand rather than using two hands to twist off top, measure, and pour traditional detergent

The tendrils of the alien pod/life form, set against the movement of space.
